Account details (name, work email, role), content you submit into Overkast, and the records your organization authorizes us to ingest.

Usage and device metadata, IP address, and product analytics used to operate the Service and to diagnose issues.

Where permitted, we may receive information from identity providers, HRIS systems, public registries, and integrations configured by your organization.
2. How we use information
- to provide, secure, and improve the Service;
- to build and maintain the relationship graph that powers Overkast;
- to respond to requests and communicate about the Service;
- to meet legal, audit, and compliance obligations.
